With just 2 days to go in the year 2001, Rochester's first Ravioli Shop was born. We had a hunch that if we made unique, great tasting, and easy to prepare products, and sold them in a warm, friendly environment, people would come. And so far we've been right! We opened a second Shop in 2006 for our East-side customers, and don't be surprised if one pops up on the West side in the near future…

If you come into the Shop, you'll probably be forced to sample some of our bread. There's also a good chance you'll be told you're buying too many ravioli, or too much sauce, or perhaps the wrong sauce. Don't be offended, we just want you to have the best possible experience! We'll tell you how to cook 'em, how to sauce 'em, and how to keep the bread fresh. And if you're really lucky (or unlucky!) we might just play you a song on our banjos!

So stop in and check out everything you've seen here on our site, plus try some really great pastries, olive oils, and other gourmet items you're not likely to find elsewhere around town…
